A la sortie de l'appartement accès à la mer pour aller piquer une tête si le cœur vous en dit, le petit port Saint Père avec sa Tour Solidor (musée des Cap-Horniers), la Balade de la Corniche avec panorama unique sur l'estuaire de la Rance, Dinard, les îles, une vue plongeante sur le port des Yacht, les remparts de Saint-Malo et la plage des Bas-Sablon.
